Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 02.21.2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you interact with our dApp on the Solana dApp Store. We prioritize your privacy and strictly adhere to Web3 data minimization principles.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number unless you explicitly provide it to us via support channels.

2. Blockchain Data and Wallet Addresses

When you connect your Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Backpack) to play the game or submit high scores, we interact with your public wallet address. This is required to process in-game transactions, verify NFT ownership, and maintain leaderboards. Note: Public wallet addresses and transaction histories are inherently public on the Solana blockchain and are not controlled by us.

3. Data Protection and Immutability

Because the Solana blockchain is a decentralized, immutable public ledger, any data written to the blockchain (such as high scores or token transfers) cannot be altered or deleted. By using our dApp, you consent to the public broadcasting of these specific on-chain interactions.

4. Local Storage and Cookies

The dApp may use your device's local storage (or similar client-side technologies) to save game progress, settings, and active session states. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising or marketing.

5. Third-Party Services

Our application relies on third-party infrastructure, including Solana RPC nodes and wallet providers. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to disconnect your wallet from the dApp at any time. However, due to the nature of blockchain technology, we cannot fulfill requests to erase on-chain transaction history associated with your public key.
