End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Last Updated: 02.21.2026

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Archimed-dev ensuring transparency and compliance for the use of our decentralized application ("dApp") distributed via the Solana dApp Store.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the dApp for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Blockchain Transactions and Wallet Security

By using this dApp, you acknowledge that all blockchain transactions are processed on the Solana network. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Solana wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We have no access to your funds or private keys and cannot recover them if lost.

3. Transparency and Smart Contracts

Our dApp interacts with smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain. While we strive to ensure all code is audited and secure, you agree to interact with these contracts at your own risk. The public nature of the blockchain ensures full transparency of all on-chain mechanics and tokenomics.

4. Limitations

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the dApp. You may not use the application for any illegal activities or in jurisdictions where interacting with cryptographic tokens is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The dApp is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
